NeuroShift Process
Packages
Most meaningful change requires continuity and a stable therapeutic rhythm.
That’s why the NeuroShift process is structured in focused packages — allowing your system to stabilise, process, and integrate over time.
Weekly sessions are recommended, as this creates a consistent rhythm where emotional load can be processed step by step – leading to noticeable relief within a few weeks.
For one clearly defined topic or emotional pattern. This format is suitable when one central issue is in focus. It allows targeted processing without fragmentation, and supports early stabilisation and clarity.
For 2–3 interconnected emotional themes. This structure allows enough continuity within the 10 sessions for deeper patterns to surface and reorganise, while maintaining clear therapeutic direction and pacing.
For multiple or long-standing emotional patterns. This format is designed for more complex internal systems that require time, repetition, and integration across different emotional layers and life contexts.

Yes. No prior experience with EMDR or therapeutic processing is necessary.
The process is adapted individually and includes stabilisation and resource-building before deeper processing takes place.
The focus is not on pushing emotional intensity, but on creating enough internal safety for sustainable change to become possible.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
As sessions are reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be reassigned at short notice, cancellations made later than 48 hours before the appointment are charged in full.

Payment can currently be made via Sumup, bank transfer or PayPal.
Session packages are invoiced in advance and can be paid either in full or in individually agreed instalments where appropriate.
