DIFFERENCE TO OTHER METHODS

This is not long-term therapy.

The NeuroShift EMDR Method is a focused, structured process designed to work within a defined timeframe.

It supports you in processing emotionally charged patterns without open-ended treatment over months or years, but rather within weeks.

1

WHAT EMDR IS

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation — such as guided eye movements, tapping,
or auditory input — to support the brain’s natural processing system.

This allows emotionally charged memories and reactions to be reprocessed in a more integrated way, while you remain fully present and aware.

2

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Each session follows a clear structure.

We begin with stabilization and orientation, ensuring you feel grounded and safe.
Only then, if appropriate, we move into EMDR-based processing.

The process is always paced individually. Nothing is forced.

3

WHAT NEUROSHIFT SUPPORTS

The method is designed to work with:

  • emotional triggers and reactive patterns

  • stress-related overwhelm

  • anxiety responses

  • experiences that still feel “active” in the system

  • negative self-perceptions linked to past experiences.

FORMAT / PACKAGES

The NeuroShift EMDR Method is offered in structured packages – these have different lengths and include from one specific to several topics.

This creates clarity, focus, and a defined therapeutic arc — from initial orientation, through processing, to integration.
